Already Heard Session: Maps & Atlases - Vampires

A first for us at Already Heard as all of Maps & Atlases took to their instruments backstage at the Brudnell Social Club in Leeds, and played us a tasty acoustic version of ‘Vampires’ from their latest album ‘Beware And Be Grateful’.

Already Heard Session: The Winter Passing - Daisy

This week Irish indie punk’s The Winter Passing release their new EP, ‘Scrapbook.’

Back in January on their UK tour alongside Forrest, Rob and Kate Flynn from the band met up with the Already Heard team to perform ‘Daisy’ a previously unreleased song exclusively for us.

Already Heard Session: Burn Daylight - Local Man Ruins Everything (The Wonder Years Cover)

Already Heard Session: The Static Age - Come Swimming

Manchester’s Northern Quarter can be pretty loud. Actually, Manchester can be pretty loud in general. The Static Age joined in before their show at The Bay Horse with Slingshot Dakota with this acoustic version of ‘Come Swimming’.

Already Heard Session: Burn Daylight - Young Lions

Earlier this month Burn Daylight released his new EP, ‘Young Lions,’ a short yet concise collection of charismatic, melancholic songs delivered in a sincere fashion from singer-songwriter James Pepper.

Already Heard Session: Katie Malco - Sad Eyes

This weekend the lovely and very talented Katie Malco heads out on a UK and European tour with The Lion and The Wolf. The tour is presented by Already Heard.

To give you a sneak preview of the tour, earlier this year Katie invited Already Heard into her flat for a two part AH Session. In part one, Katie rounds ups her flatmates to help out to perform the song ‘Sad Eyes.’

Already Heard Session: Gavin Butler, Neil Starr & The People The Poet - My Hero (Foo Fighters Cover)

Earlier this year The Blackout’s Gavin Butler and Neil Starr of Attack! Attack! headed out on an acoustic tour of the UK. For the trip, they took fellow Welshmen The People The Poet along for the ride.

Before their show in Camden, we crammed them in a room and together they churned out this unique cover of the Foo Fighters classic ‘My Hero’.

Already Heard Session: Hildamay - Delicate

The sun was shining over Kingston, the strippers were dancing next door at The Peel whilst Hildamay stripped down, bared the acoustics and gave us two songs for our sunny listening pleasure.
