2000Trees Festival Announces First Wave of 2026 Bands

Another day, another festival. This time it is the turn of the 2000Trees Festival. The Gloucestershire-based festival has announced ovecr 80 acts for next July’s gathering with the first headliners being confirmed as Alkaline Trio.

The legendary Chicago punks will close out Thursday night of the four-day festival. While that day is considered the “first” day of the festival, the Wednesday night will be headlined by PUP. The Canadian quartet will be playing two sets across the weekend. Fellow countrymen, The Dirty Nil, will also be playing twice. Some of the other names joining them on the opening day are BlackGold, Lake Malice, Split Chain, Venus Grrrls, Karen Dío, and Love Rarely. While festival legends, Thrill Collins, will be playing a live silent disco set.

Thursday will see feature sets from Scowl, Superheaven, Bad Nerves, Coach Party, Lonesome, Native James, Snake Eyes, and more.

Some of Friday’s highlights will come in the form of Lambrini Girls, Cancer Bats, Free Throw, House of Protection, FOOTBALLHEAD, and Guillotine.

The final day of the festival, Saturday, features Glassjaw, Dinosaur Pile-Up, High Vis, Ho99o9, Nothing, Pinkshift, Heart Attack Man, I Am The Avalanche, and more. The full line-up can be viewed below.

Commenting on today’s initial announcement, 2000trees Festival organiser and head booker, James Scarlett, shared, “We’re beyond stoked to kick off 2000trees Festival 2026 with one of the strongest first announcement line-ups we’ve ever released – not to mention our biggest Wednesday line-up to date. We have a long-requested returning headliner in the shape of Alkaline Trio, some returning 2000trees much-loved acts like Dinosaur Pile Up, High Vis, PUP, Lambrini Girls, Cancer Bats and The Dirty Nil. As well as some first-time Trees future heroes in the making like Pinkshift, Nothing, Banks Arcade, Scowl and House of Protection.
