Pop-metal songstress Poppy has revealed details of her seventh album. It’s called ‘Empty Hands’ and will be released on January 23rd, 2026, via Sumerian Records. The album promises include “industrial elements, pop sensibilities, and moments that call back to Poppy’s surrealist roots with her signature uncanny, machine-like voice.”
The announcement is joined by a new single called ‘Bruised Sky’. It captures a commanding Poppy demonstrating her versatile vocal range against a sharp and industrious musical backdrop. Much like her recent single, ‘Unravel,’ it sees her working with songwriter and producer Jordan Fish.
Both ‘Bruised Sky’ and ‘Unravel’ will feature on ‘Empty Hands’ along with 11 currently unnamed tracks. The artwork and pre-order details can be found below.
As previously announced, Poppy will be touring the UK in March 2026, as part of her ‘Constantly Nowhere’ tour. Support comes from Ocean Grove and Fox Lake.
