Def Leppard Release New Single (‘Rejoice’)
Legendary Steel City rockers Def Leppard are preparing to kick off a residency at Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace. To get fans warmed up, they’ve released a track called ‘Rejoice’.
“This song’s been an amazing journey from concept to conclusion. I said to Phil [Collen] one day, ‘I’ve got this idea for a lyric where the narrator is at absolute rock bottom and wants to rise up to a higher level. Do you have a musical piece that might match with that?’ And he said, ‘As it happens, yes I do.” shared vocalist Joe Elliott.
Venus Grrrls Share ‘3×3’ Video
Having joined the recently launched Killabop label, Venus Grrrls have debuted a video for their latest single, ‘3×3’.
With references to The Hex Girls of Scooby-Doo fame, ‘The Love Witch’ and Hammer horror, the visual taps into the quintet’s playful side. “We didn’t want to take this video too seriously,” Venus Grrrls shared. “It’s all about putting a whimsical and theatrical spin on a high-voltage performance.”
The track itself thrives off jagged riffs, cinematic vocals, and the band’s unadulterated feminine rage.
Silo Join Easy Life Records and Announces New Music
Isle of Man quintet Silo have joined Easy Life Records. They will be releasing their debut album, ‘Haze,’ through the label on May 1st. The announcement is accompanied by the release of a bold and introspective single called ‘Crawl In A Bottle’.
“Crawl In A Bottle is written from the perspective of someone experiencing therapy for the first time. It is an internal monologue shaped by self-awareness, discomfort, and the slow process of confronting personal truths,” Silo explained. “The sound balances warmth and tension with big choruses allowing space for reflection while still carrying weight and meaning.”
Chief State Announce New Album (‘Keep Your Friends Closer’)
Canadian pop-punks Chief State will release a new album called ‘Keep Your Friends Closer’ on April 17th. It’ll be released through Mutant League Records. They have also shared its title track.
The Last Vinci Preview New Album with ‘Living Certified Disaster’
Cork riff-makers The Last Vinci have released ‘Living Certified Disaster,’ the first single from their upcoming album, ’15 Minutes at a Time’. The album is set for release on April 17th via Narrow Door Records.
Commenting on the track, vocalist/guitarist Alex Vinci said “It’s an honest snapshot of spiralling thoughts, sleepless nights, and the stubborn need to keep going despite wanting to let it all go.”
