Today, the quartet shared its second single,\u00a0<em>&#8216;Holy Visions&#8217;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The track firmly leans into the reverb-laden guitar lines and 80s-inflected hook-filled choruses that the record promises to deliver in abundance. With its thick new wave core, it captures singer Davey Havok searching for a spiritual entry to a mystical realm, with religious connotations and symbolism (rosary beads and prayer). Although it&#8217;s lyrically bleak, Jade Puget&#8217;s neon guitars provide a glimmer of light to Havok&#8217;s shadowy words.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8216;Holy Visions&#8221;<\/em> video sees\u00a0<strong>AFI\u00a0<\/strong>once again working with director Gilbert Trejo.
