In addition to announcing over 90 acts, lead festival booker Kam Haq spoke to <a href=\"https:\/\/hellorayo.co.uk\/planet-rock\/news\/rock-news\/download-festival-massive-curveball-act\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Planet Rock<\/a> about working on a <em>&#8220;massive curveball&#8221;<\/em>. This evening (Wednesday, 26th November),\u00a0<strong>Download Festival<\/strong> announced German techno act,\u00a0<strong>Scooter<\/strong>, to next year&#8217;s line-up.<\/p>\n<p>It follows this year&#8217;s event, which saw fellow Euro dance act, <strong>Vengaboys<\/strong>, play to a packed-out tent in the festival&#8217;s village, District\u00a0 X. However, in an attempt to avoid similar crowd issues,\u00a0<strong>Scooter<\/strong>, will be headlining on the Avalanche Stage. It has not been confirmed which day they will be headlining.<\/p>\n<p>The German trio are said to be one of\u00a0<strong>Download Festival<\/strong>&#8216;s most requested acts.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Scooter -
