It sees\u00a0<strong>Funeral For A Friend<\/strong> being announced as Friday night&#8217;s main stage headliner. Today&#8217;s announcement also sees\u00a0<strong>Marmozets<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Militarie Gun<\/strong> and <strong>The Bronx<\/strong> make their return to Upcote Farm. The latter&#8217;s alter ego,\u00a0 <strong>Mariachi El Bronx<\/strong>, is also among today&#8217;s additions.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the other noteworthy names set to head to Cheltenham this July include\u00a0<strong>The Scratch<\/strong>, <strong>As Everything Unfolds<\/strong>, <strong>Petrol Girls<\/strong>, <strong>A<\/strong>, <strong>Anthony Green<\/strong>, <strong>Vinnie Caruana<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Greywind<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For Welsh emo rockers,\u00a0<strong>Funeral For A Friend<\/strong>, it marks their first time back at\u00a0<strong>2000trees\u00a0<\/strong>in 13 years. <em>&#8220;Headlining 2000trees feels incredibly special for us. As we head into the 25th anniversary year of the band, we\u2019re very conscious that at this stage in our career we only want to do things that genuinely mean something &#8211; things we\u2019ve not done before &#8211; and this is absolutely one of them,&#8221; <\/em>shares\u00a0<strong>FFAF<\/strong>&#8216;s Ryan Richards. <em>&#8220;2000trees is one of our favourite festivals in the UK. It\u2019s always carefully curated, surrounded by like-minded bands and peers, and set in beautiful surroundings that makes the whole experience feel unique.
