The second wave of bands for this year’s Download Festival<\/strong> has been announced. It sees 14 names joining the stacked bill with\u00a0A Day To Remember<\/strong>, Creeper<\/strong>, Marmozets<\/strong>, and Hot Milk\u00a0<\/strong>being among the new additions.<\/p>\n

The other names announced today are\u00a0Daughtry<\/strong>, Annisokay<\/strong>,\u00a0Stampin\u2019 Ground<\/strong>,\u00a0Frozemode<\/strong>,\u00a0Conjurer<\/strong>,\u00a0Decessus<\/strong>,\u00a0Band-maid<\/strong>,\u00a0Private School<\/strong>,\u00a0Silly Goose<\/strong>, and The Primals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re really proud of our line-up this year, and our second announcement brings further depth and diversity to DLXXIII. We have huge artists like A Day To Remember, Daughtry, Creeper and Hot Milk, as well as bringing Final Fantasy XIV\u2019s official band THE PRIMALS to Download for their very first show outside of Asia. And due to popular demand, Miss World Chile – Ignacia Fern\u00e1ndez – will be performing with her band DECESSUS after surprising the world with her incredible death metal vocals a few months ago,”<\/em> shared Download Festival\u2019s Kamran Haq<\/strong>. “We have even more surprises to come, and tickets are selling out faster than ever this year, so this is your last chance to snap up the final remaining tickets.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

In additional news, the day splits for this June’s event have been revealed. It’ll see Halestorm<\/strong>,\u00a0Architects<\/strong>, and\u00a0A Day To Remember<\/strong> headline the Opus stage While\u00a0Feeder<\/strong>,\u00a0The All-American Rejects<\/strong>, and\u00a0Scooter<\/a>, top the bill on the Avalanche Stage. Finally, the Dogtooth stage will be headlined by Cavalera, Blood Incarnation, and Static-X.<\/p>\n

As previously announced,\u00a0Limp Bizkit<\/strong>,\u00a0Guns N’ Roses<\/strong>, and\u00a0Linkin Park<\/strong> are this year’s Apex stage headliners. Throughout the weekend, the main stage will see performances from\u00a0Cypress Hill<\/strong>,\u00a0Electric Callboy<\/strong>,\u00a0Trivium<\/strong>,\u00a0Bad Omens<\/strong>,\u00a0BabyMetal<\/strong>,\u00a0Ice Nine Kills<\/strong>, and more.<\/p>\n
