Presenting four new tracks to add even more depth to an already iconic record, \u2018Restoring Force: Full Circle\u2019<\/em> takes its predecessor\u2019s hard-earned legacy into its hands, but thankfully adds enough to make this reissue worthwhile.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t live in a cage,\u201d<\/em> cries Carlisle in \u2018Public Service Announcement\u2019<\/em>. True to such words, each track holds its own, breaking free of the constraints of emotional limits. From the threatening \u2018You Make Me Sick\u2019<\/em> to the consuming \u2018Identity Disorder\u2019<\/em>, \u2018Restoring Force\u2019<\/em> is undoubtedly an indomitable record.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The towering anthemic cries of \u2018Bones Exposed\u2019<\/em>, symbolic of Austin Carlisle\u2019s beleaguered journey to present day success, stand just as contagiously defiant as the first time. In contrast, time stands still in contemplation throughout the sombre \u2018Space Enough To Grow\u2019<\/em>, creating a beautiful chaos at odds with the tricksy riffs of \u2018Would You Still Be There\u2019<\/em>. The call-to-arms of standout new addition \u2018Broken Generation\u2019<\/em> complements the heart-wrenchingly heavy \u2018Glass Hearts\u2019<\/em>, presenting the infectious singalong \u201ccan you hear them calling?\u201d<\/em> alongside OM&M<\/strong>\u2019s trademark rousing riffs.<\/p>\n

\u201cI see right through you\u201d<\/em>, spits \u2018Something To Hide\u2019<\/em>, furthering the menacingly destructive atmosphere of predecessor \u2018You Make Me Sick\u2019<\/em>. Similarly, \u2018Never Giving Up\u2019<\/em> mirrors the hard-driven defiance of \u2018You\u2019re Not Alone\u2019<\/em>, showcasing Valentino Arteaga\u2018s passionate drum work, while effortless cleans and heartfelt screams juxtapose perfectly as always.<\/p>\n

Accompanying its devastating counterpart, \u2018Feels Like Forever (Acoustic)\u2019<\/em> presents a powerful closer, bringing its beautiful lyrical content to the fore as acoustic guitars are pushed to their brink. Transforming a venomous anthem into a reflective ballad is no mean feat, but Of Mice And Men<\/strong> are renowned for turning their expert hands to musical impossibilities.<\/p>\n
