Unsurprisingly to those who have heard it since, this digital only release was incredibly well received and since then <strong>Dikembe <\/strong>have gone on to release a successful follow up in the way of their first full length, <em>\u2018Broad Shoulders.\u2019 <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>As the band work on putting together their next release, (a sophomore full length) <strong>Tiny Engines<\/strong> have decided to finally give <em>\u2018Chicago Bowls\u2019 <\/em>the vinyl release it deserves. Remastered and raring to sit comfortably in your brain for a few hours, this four track EP is one worth getting your hands on.<\/span><!-- more --><\/p>\n<p>&lt;a href=&ldquo;http:\/\/dikembe.bandcamp.com\/album\/chicago-bowls&rdquo; data-mce-href=&ldquo;http:\/\/dikembe.bandcamp.com\/album\/chicago-bowls&rdquo;&gt;Chicago Bowls by Dikembe&lt;\/a&gt;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Each of the tracks on this EP is a triumph. Raw and desperate with sweet rhythm and perfect guitar work \u2013 just what every record needs: twiddly bits here, gain there. Combine this with perfectly weighted vocals and <strong>Dikembe <\/strong>have put together an EP that ends up being replayed again and again without notice.\u00a0<\/span><span>By the time the majestic cry, <\/span><em>\u201cI couldn\u2019t say sorry if I wanted to\u201d <\/em><span>leads closing track <\/span><em>\u2018Tony Kukush\u2019<\/em><span> out, it seems only natural to knock <\/span><em>\u2018Chicago Bowls\u2019 <\/em><span>back on. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>It\u2019s fortunate that this EP is both short and never tiring as this ten minute gem can be played longer than most full lengths before you fancy a change.
