Consisting of four colourful slices of twisting party-ready math-rock, songs such as the title track and <i>&#8216;You Can\u2019t Argue With Sharks\u2019<\/i> and <i>&#8216;I\u2019m Not An Alcoholic, I Just Collect Bottles\u2019<\/i> incorporate various genres all in a quirky, harmonious manner.<\/p>\n<p>As a whole, <i>&#8216;Theodor\u2019s A Don, Bro\u2019<\/i> sees <b>We Are Carnivores<\/b> on the right track to better things. Although you can\u2019t hear it for a few weeks, we recently talked to vocalist\/guitarist Harry Christopher to find out about five bands that has inspired them.<\/p>\n<h2><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/78.media.tumblr.com\/9b94d03e3a5825f10fa2851a3eac0e67\/tumblr_inline_nuqcd7mOcJ1t3m09q_540.jpg\" width=\"250em\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">Enter Shikari<\/h2>\n<p>These guys effortlessly amalgamate an absolutely disgusting mash of genres, weave Aneurin Bevan references into their lyrics, bounce around stage like chipmunks on crack and then scream <i>\u201cMAKE SOME NOISE FOR THE NHS\u201d<\/i>. Absolutely, totally, monumentally brilliant and inspiring. Having said that, we\u2019re super serial when we say if they play <i>\u2018Mist\u2019<\/i> at Tech-Fest next weekend (we open the Sunday night afterparty chhhyeayuh) then we are definitely going to end up crying into each other\u2019s arms. Either that or throwing down more questionable moves to \u2018Counting Sheep\u2019. Like, 4 real legit? He can shred over the wildest range of genres or throw down the most tasteful tones you ever did hear. We saw him busting licks on stage with the Dizzee Rascal himself and gurning out the gurniest of funk faces. And who thought it was a good idea to have Dillinger play in a shop anyway?? We\u2019re not tread-on-your-face, break your fingers and\/or skull cray like them but we do like to tap our feet and click our fingers at some shows.
