\"\"<\/a>Chances are you\u2019ll have seen at least a couple of albums like this one lately, where older punk bands, such as\u00a0T.S.O.L, No Fun At All and the UK Subs, have reemerged with new material that aims to reclaim past glories, only to delivery\u00a0middling rock \u2018n\u2019 roll.<\/p>\n

So to carry on this litmus test of sorts, California\u2019s Down By Law<\/b>\u00a0have returned with their first album since 2013. ‘All In’<\/em> also sees the “classic” \u201890s lineup reunite, and compared to the aforementioned three acts, this is definitely better than all of them. Although it’s firmly in the mould of aging\u00a0punk rock\u00a0with only touches of anything more.<\/p>\n

Credit where it\u2019s due though – when they do come in like on the faster rollick of\u00a0\u2018Mountain\u2019<\/i> or \u2018Then And Tomorrow\u2019. T<\/i>here\u2019s some solid work to be made from it, especially with Dave Smalley\u2019s clearer, more pronounced vocal delivery.
