\"\"<\/a>Whether you\u2019re already a fan, or you\u2019ve only just heard of the band due to the recent announcement they\u2019ll be supporting Architects on tour early next year, Beartooth<\/strong> have and continue to consistently made an impact on the alternative music scene. Winning allegiance by bridging the gap between heavy and accessible, their third album, \u2018Disease\u2019 <\/em>is no different and cements them as an important figure in heavier circles.<\/p>\n

On the record, there are moments of growling punk rock, with the likes of \u2018You Never Know\u2019,\u00a0<\/em>a frenzied burst of kinetic energy, and \u2018Manipulation\u2019,\u00a0<\/em>an unstoppable force. \u2018Greatness or Death\u2019 <\/em>passes the school of anthemic arena rock with flying colours. Beginning quietly before ascending into a stomping refrain, melodic vocals and heavy riffs, it\u2019s impossible not to get caught up in the momentum.<\/p>\n

During \u2018Afterall\u2019<\/em>, in which vocalist Caleb Shomo sounds identical to A Day To Remember\u2019s Jeremy McKinnon, the album takes a lighter approach, borrowing the soaring group chorus sound from pop punk. In contrast, \u2018Bad Listener\u2019 <\/em>furiously roars its way from start to finish.<\/p>\n
