Despite a couple of lineup changes &#8211; drummer Brooks Wackerman departing for Avenged Sevenfold and guitarist Greg Hetson also leaving, they don&#8217;t really put a foot wrong, offering an eye-catching collection of punk tracks. Their respective replacements Jamie Miller and Mike Dimkich prove themselves to be more than able to pick up the baton from their predecessors. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The state of the world is markedly different to how it was back in 2013, so the six-piece have a lot to use as inspiration. Never a band to shy away from socio-political topics, they address issues ranging from the border wall (\u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chaos From Within<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019) to Donald Trump (\u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidate<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019) via mental health (\u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My Sanity<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Bad Religion - &quot;Chaos From Within&quot; (Lyric Video)\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/clI_8HnCGVo?list=PLcZMZxR9uxC8KEMxm5VeET25o5yn7_UhV\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The album starts off in an explosive fashion, the pulsating punk of \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chaos From Within<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019 and \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sanity<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019 leads into the ferocious hardcore of \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do The Paranoid Style<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019. Equally as fast as the preceding tracks, it\u2019s more melodic, kicking off a purple patch for <\/span><b>Bad Religion,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approach<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019 proves itself to be one of the stand-out tracks. Building up until an explosive climax with Greg Graffin\u2019s passionate vocals, it\u2019s followed by \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lose<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your Head<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019, where they continue to wear their beliefs on their sleeves: \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recent developments seem like bad news for humanity<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each song is so fast and ferocious that time passes quickly, even if some \u2013 \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidate<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019, \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Big Black Dog<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019 \u2013 are a bit more mellow, relatively speaking of course. An opportunity to catch some breath, they have the same socio-political themes but offer another dimension to <\/span><b>Bad Religion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, showing that they\u2019re still capable of mixing it up.
