\"\"Fresh from announcing their Already Heard<\/b>-sponsored UK tour, dynamic Icelandic rockers Agent Fresco<\/b> have shared their poignant video for ‘Wait For Me’<\/i>.<\/figure>\n

The clip sees singer Arn\u00f3r Dan Arnarson share his childhood in the form of old VHS footage yet it is done with purpose. The track is a tribute to Arnarson’s family and close friends, but more specifically his father who died when Arn\u00f3r was 20.<\/p>\n

Arnarson spoke to Upset Magazine<\/a> about the video:<\/p>\n

“When I was informed that we were going to release this song as a single and a video was needed, I just couldn\u2019t think of a concept that would do it justice. Then I realised I had all the footage I needed in my own living room: VHS tapes my mom had converted to digital and given to us children when my father had passed away.<\/i><\/p>\n

It was really difficult to go through the footage and to hear my father\u2019s voice. I\u2019ve had trouble doing this since his death, but this video finally gave me focus and a purpose and I started to go through everything with a lump in my throat and a smile on my face. I knew instantly that I wanted the footage to be the first years of us as a family and our move to Denmark. Just so much innocence, love and new life to be witnessed during that period of time.”<\/i><\/p>\n

‘Wait For Me’<\/i> is lifted from Agent Fresco<\/b>’s forthcoming album, ‘Destrier’<\/i>, which is released on August 7th through Long Branch Records<\/b>\/SPV<\/b>.<\/p>\n
