It sees vocalist Caleb Shomo capture the feeling a lot of us have been yearning for over the winter months – some bloody sunshine! Speaking from experience, I notice my mood drop when it’s more cold and dark most of the time. We all know summer is a much better and happier season, right?<\/p>\n

“‘Sunshine!’ is about a lot of things, the most obvious being seasonal depression,”<\/em> says Shomo. “It’s always been prevalent in my life but as I grow older, it gets more intense. This song is also about moving on from the dark place I was in during 2020-2021. At the end of the day, life should be enjoyed and a Beartooth song doesn’t always have to be miserable.”<\/em><\/p>\n

‘Sunshine’<\/em> itself is another\u00a0onslaught of Beartooth<\/strong>‘s frantic brand of rock with a cathartic edge.<\/p>\n
