Magnolia Park\u00a0<\/strong>have been one of the best bands to emerge from the US pop-punk scene in recent years.<\/p>\n

The Orlando, Florida group are constantly releasing new music. Just earlier this month they released a track called\u00a0‘Homicide<\/a>‘<\/em>. While April saw them drop a deluxe edition version of last year’s noteworthy full-length, ‘Baku’s Revenge’<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

They’ve now released another track, and it sees them team up with fellow Floridian rockers, 408<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The track is called\u00a0‘Manic’<\/em> and sees the quintet showcase their vibrant, energetic brand of pop-punk.<\/p>\n

Magnolia Park<\/strong> guitarist Tristan Torres called ‘Manic<\/em>‘ the \u201cultimate break-up anthem.” “The inspiration was a combination of everyone\u2019s worst break up,\u201d He explained.<\/p>\n

The video pays tribute to one of pop-punk’s most influential bands, blink-182<\/strong><\/a>, and their 1997 track –\u00a0‘Dammit’<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe video process was awesome, we booked this small movie theater that a lot of the band used to go to so it was pretty nostalgic,”<\/em> says Torres.<\/p>\n

On the inclusion of\u00a0408<\/strong>, Torres commented, “The idea behind involving 408 was just to show some love to the scene down in Orlando. We slowly became friends and we\u2019re both always at the Audio Compound so it just made sense.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
