Pure Noise Records<\/strong><\/a> and Pabst Blue Ribbon<\/strong> have announced they will be teaming up once again as part of their ‘Dead Formats’<\/em> compilation series. ‘Dead Formats Volume 2’<\/em> is set to be released on September 5th and will see the likes of\u00a0Less Than Jake<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Knuckle Puck<\/strong>,\u00a0Lavalove<\/strong> and\u00a0The Early November<\/strong> put their own respective spin on tracks from\u00a0The Kinks<\/strong>,\u00a0Third Eye Blind<\/strong>,\u00a0Nirvana<\/strong>, and New Order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Personally, I’m looking forward to hearing Prince Daddy and the Hyena<\/strong> take on the\u00a0New Radicals<\/strong>‘ classic 90s one-hit wonder ‘You Get What You Give’. As well as what The Seafloor Cinema<\/strong> do with\u00a0Taking Back Sunday<\/strong>‘s\u00a0‘Cute Without the E’<\/em>.<\/p>\n
