Last week, Pure Noise Records<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Pabst Blue Ribbon<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>shared details of their upcoming\u00a0\u2018Dead Formats Volume 2\u2019<\/em><\/a> compilation. Today, ahead of its September 5th release, three more tracks from the compilation have been released.<\/p>\n

First up, UK punks The Chisel<\/strong> pay tribute to singer-songwriter, Sir Elton John,\u00a0with a cover of\u00a0‘Saturday Night’s Alright (For Fighting)’<\/em>. It’s accompanied by a hilarious video that sees vocalist Cal Graham hitting the streets of London, dressed up as Elton in his classic LA Dodgers baseball uniform.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, melodic hardcore band\u00a0Koyo<\/strong> cover\u00a0‘Do You Still Hate Me?’<\/em> by the influential\u00a0Jawbreaker<\/strong>. While New York rockers\u00a0Prince Daddy and The Hyena\u00a0<\/strong>put their own spin on New Radicals<\/strong>‘ classic 90s one-hit-wonder,\u00a0‘You Get What You Give’<\/em>.<\/p>\n
