{"id":94701,"date":"2023-10-04T19:00:19","date_gmt":"2023-10-04T18:00:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alreadyheard.com\/staging\/?p=94701"},"modified":"2023-10-04T19:13:05","modified_gmt":"2023-10-04T18:13:05","slug":"lake-malice-mitsuko-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alreadyheard.com\/staging\/lake-malice-mitsuko-video\/","title":{"rendered":"Lake Malice Debut &#8220;Violent&#8221; &#8216;Mitsuko&#8217; Video"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alreadyheard.com\/staging\/lake-malice-post-genesis\/\">A week on from announcing their debut EP<\/a>,\u00a0<em>&#8216;Post-Genesis&#8217;<\/em>,\u00a0<strong>Lake Malice<\/strong> have premiered the video for their latest single &#8211;\u00a0<em>&#8216;Mitsuko&#8217;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The Brighton-based duo described the video as &#8220;intense and violent&#8221; as it sees them work with horror filmmaker Loki Films. <em>&#8220;From an eerie laboratory, Mitsuko unleashes her extraordinary power and rage to seek retribution on those she had trusted to nurture and protect her,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<strong>Lake Malice<\/strong> explained, adding they took inspiration from Eleven from Stranger Things.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8216;Mitsuko&#8217;<\/em> is lifted from\u00a0<em>\u2018Post-Genesis\u2019<\/em> which will be released on October 27th.
