As the road to the Download Festival<\/b> becomes shorter by the day, we will be speaking to a whole host of acts from this years festival about what to expect from them at Download<\/b> 2015.<\/i><\/p>\n

London quartet The One Hundred<\/b> are no strangers to Already Heard<\/b>. Having first been featured as part of our “Recommends” series last Janaury, they’ve gone from strength to strength since. Having made their festival debut at Sonisphere, they released their debut EP ‘Subculture’<\/i> in September and have since played shows with Hacktivist and Papa Roach. They also played the recent Camden Rocks Festival. Now they’re heading to Download where they will be playing on Jake\u2019s Stage (fourth stage) on the Friday alongside names such as A<\/b>, Decade<\/b> and AllUsOnDrugs<\/b>.<\/p>\n

As they set to make their Download<\/b> debut, we spoke to guitarist Tim Hider about what we can expect from their set and who they’re looking forward to seeing.<\/p>\n

AH: Why should fans check you out at Download?<\/b>
Tim: You should come check us out because although we might be one of the smaller names on the bill, we like to think we bring something a bit different. Plus it\u2019s our first time playing Download so you know it\u2019s going to be big! <\/i><\/p>\n

AH: What can we expect from your set?<\/b>
Tim:
\nLots of energy! We\u2019ll be playing all the favourites from the EP as well as one or two new tracks! And Jacob (Field – vocals) will probably be wearing leggings\u2026 <\/i><\/p>\n

AH: What other bands are you looking forward to seeing?<\/b>
Tim: There\u2019s so many great bands we can\u2019t wait to see. We\u2019re all really keen for Slipknot, as well as Stray From The Path, We Are Harlot and Parkway Drive to name a few. AH: What are your memories of previous Download Festivals?<\/b>
Tim: We went to Download for the first time last year. We weren\u2019t playing but none of us had ever been before. It was an awesome weekend! Lots of sun, lots of alcohol and lots of great music! Plus getting to see Linkin Park do \u2018Hybrid Theory\u2019 in full was a personal highlight!<\/i><\/p>\n

AH: What advice would you give to people attending Download Festival?<\/b>
Tim: Don\u2019t forget your tent! It might not be the most comfortable thing in the world, but you\u2019ll appreciate it after a long day of partying! And bring some ear plugs.. Not just for the music, but so you can sleep through the sound of planes flying over the campsite at the crack of dawn!<\/i><\/p>\n

AH: Do you have anything else you\u2019d like to say?<\/b>
Tim: Thanks for reading, make sure you come check us out on the Friday at 18.30 on the 4th stage!<\/i><\/p>\n
