Nottingham-based outfit\u00a0Palm Reader<\/strong> have announced they will be splitting up this following a run of farewell shows. Their final live show will take place at the 2000trees Festival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In a statement,\u00a0Palm Reader<\/strong> said:<\/p>\n

“Dear Friends,<\/em><\/p>\n

With a heavy heart, we have decided to end our time together as Palm Reader.<\/em><\/p>\n

We all have very different priorities now, compared to the lives we led when we formed the band in 2011. We collectively feel that ending Palm Reader now rather than simply \u201cgoing on hiatus\u201d is the right thing for us to do as we grow as people and our lives move forward in different directions.<\/em><\/p>\n

These last 13 years have been extraordinary, and we can\u2019t thank you enough for being on this journey with us. It has meant more to us than you\u2019ll ever know.<\/em><\/p>\n

We will be embarking on one last run of UK dates and we hope you can make it out and give us the honour of playing for you one last time.<\/em><\/p>\n

Our final show will be on Friday, July 12th at 2000 Trees Festival – which we\u2019ve always considered our spiritual home.”<\/em><\/p>\n
