One aspect post-rock has consistently had is the ability to take listeners on a journey, often without a single word spoken or sung. That’s exactly what UK outfit\u00a0Million Moons<\/strong> looks to do on their forthcoming second album –\u00a0‘I May Be Some Time’<\/em>. Due for release next month, the trio have shared a first taster of the record in the form of\u00a0‘Voice of the Wild’<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Instantly erupting with soaring Freddie Harrison’s guitars and Solomon Radley’s piercing drums, Ed Thompson’s brings proceedings down with a calm piano.\u00a0‘Voice of the Wild’<\/em> goes on to ebb and flow between sharp post-metal chugs and icy and hollow elements that brilliantly merge into the latter. As a teaser for their upcoming record,\u00a0‘Voice of the Wild’<\/em> is a thoroughly compelling piece of instrumental post-rock at its finest.<\/p>\n
