Undoubtedly,\u00a0‘Stop The Party’<\/em> by\u00a0Lake Malice<\/strong><\/a> was one of\u00a0the<\/em> best songs of 2023. It certainly grabbed our attention. Today, the Brighton-based duo have teamed up with Toronto Is Broken<\/strong> to deliver a remix of it.<\/p>\n

It sees the UK DJ and producer add a drum and bass element to the musical cocktail of EDM, alt-pop, and metalcore. Commenting on the track,\u00a0Lake Malice<\/strong> said\u00a0‘Stop The Party’<\/em> was\u00a0“a key moment in crafting a sound”<\/em> that embraced various styles. While Toronto Is Broken’s reimagining is described as giving the track a “futuristic Matrix-esque soundscape.”\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

This is the second collaborative remix\u00a0Lake Malice<\/strong> have released. Last month, ‘Blossom’<\/em><\/a> was injected with a dose of eclectic DnB, courtesy of\u00a0Bobby Wolfgang<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the touring front,\u00a0Lake Malice<\/strong> will follow up their recent UK headline tour with shows supporting\u00a0Blackout Problems<\/strong> later this year.<\/p>\n
