Blending cathartic lyrics, stirring instrumentation, and momentous and heavy blasts, ‘The Shape Of ASMR To Come’\u00a0<\/em>highlights\u00a0Sugar Horse<\/strong>‘s compelling ability.<\/p>\n

With cries of\u00a0“Hallelujah”<\/em> and defiant lines such as\u00a0“All we ever wanted was enough,”<\/em> the track allows\u00a0Sugar Horse vocalist\/guitarist<\/strong>\u00a0Ashley Tubb to give an emotional release, as he reflects on the death of his father.<\/p>\n

“After my dad\u2019s passing, in the time before his funeral, I learned a tonne about his life that I previously hadn\u2019t a clue about,” commented Ashley on ‘<\/em>The Shape Of ASMR To Come’<\/em>. “He\u2019s been through a fair bit in his life and this song is kind of about that. It\u2019s a kind of \u201cthrough adversity, there is redemption\u201d type song. No pain, no gain etc.”<\/em><\/p>\n
