Canadian metalcore greats\u00a0Counterparts<\/strong><\/a> have surprised us with the release of a live album simply titled ‘Live In Toronto’<\/em>. The 18 track release captures their December 18th, 2022 performance at the\u00a0Danforth Music Hall in the capital of their hometown province, Ontario.<\/p>\n

“We hit record and played a show,”<\/em> laughs vocalist Brendan Murphy. “When we did this, it was our biggest headline show to date and that combined with the fact that it was so close to home, we wanted to document it in a cool way. Kyle (Brownlee – Counterparts’ drummer) killed the mix too. Probably the best we\u2019ve ever sounded.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Footage from the show can be viewed in the form of a three-track video below. It sees the quartet perform ‘Whispers of Your Death,’<\/em> ‘Bound To The Burn,’<\/em> and ‘A Mass Grave of Saints’<\/em>.<\/p>\n
