With just over two weeks until they release ‘Free Help\u2019<\/em>,\u00a0Heart to Gold<\/strong> have shared another track from the record. ‘Blow Up the Spot’\u00a0<\/i>is a sharp, resonant, and angst-fuelled anthem about change, or the lack of it.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis song is a reminder that sometimes the biggest obstacle is the story we tell ourselves,\u201d shares\u00a0Heart to Gold<\/strong> vocalist and guitarist Grant Whiteoak. The lyrically frustrated-filled track captures the Minneapolis trio’s energetic brand of emotive post-hardcore and alt-rock. Whiteoak goes on to explain ‘<\/em>Blow Up the Spot’\u00a0<\/i> seizes the feeling of “when you\u2019re chasing a passion, there\u2019s always this nagging feeling that maybe you\u2019re missing out on something else.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

‘Free Help’<\/em> will be released on November 15th via Memory Music<\/strong> and includes past singles,\u00a0‘Get It Back,’<\/em><\/a> ‘TNT’<\/em><\/a> and ‘Can’t Feel Me’<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n
