News has emerged overnight that former My Chemical Romance<\/strong><\/a> drummer Bob Bryar has passed away. He was 44 years old.<\/p>\n

Bryar was found dead at his home in Tennessee this past Tuesday (November 26th 2924). According to numerous sources<\/a>, no foul play is suspected with authorities stating “weapons and music equipment in the home were left untouched”<\/em>. Reports state he was last seen on November 4th.<\/p>\n

Bob Bryar replaced Matt Pelissier in\u00a0My Chemical Romance<\/strong> following the release of\u00a0‘Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge’<\/em> in 2004. He is currently the band’s longest-serving drummer. Bryar would be involved in the making of the band’s most successful record, ‘The Black Parade’<\/em>, in 2006. He would also contribute to tracks that made up the band’s\u00a0‘Conventional Weapons’<\/em> series of singles. Bryar departed the band in 2010, citing\u00a0“creative differences”<\/em>. He would leave before the release of ‘Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys’<\/em>. However, he is credited with writing a selection of songs on the album.<\/p>\n

Following his departure, he would work in various backstage\/behind the scenes roles in the music industry before transitioing into a career in real estate. He also supported animal sheltering causes, selling My Chemical Romance<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>memorabillia for charity.<\/p>\n
