December has arrived and it’s that time of year when the amount of new releases slows down. However, I’ve somehow compiled a list of over 30 releases out today. It’s led by Alter Bridge<\/strong> who are marking the 20th anniversary of their debut album,\u00a0‘One Day Remains’<\/em>, with an expanded edition. Likewise, ‘No Stars To Guide Me: 30 Years of WHVN’<\/em> sees\u00a0Will Haven\u00a0<\/strong>produce a retrospective compilation with tracks picked from the Sacramento-based band’s back catalogue, only available on vinyl.<\/p>\n

Metallic hardcore outfit\u00a0Jesus Piece<\/strong> dropped a three-track EP,\u00a0‘Greed\/Conjure Life’<\/em>, yesterday. Japanese nu metalcore band\u00a0HANABIE<\/strong> shared a new EP this past Wednesday. There is also\u00a0‘Within The Viscera’<\/em>, the debut album from Danish death metallers Neckbreakker<\/strong>. Buffalo, New York\u00a0Until I Wake<\/strong> continue to blend genres into their brand of metalcore with ‘Renovate’<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Today also sees live albums from IDLES<\/strong> and JOHN<\/strong>, and new releases from\u00a0Gleemer<\/strong>, Burn Down Eden<\/strong>,\u00a0ChuggaBoom<\/strong>,\u00a0DeWolff<\/strong>,\u00a0No Cure<\/strong>,\u00a0Hyperdog<\/strong>, and more.<\/p>\n
