Newport, Wales\u2019 The Nightmares<\/strong> are just days away from releasing their second album, \u2018Fire In Heaven\u2019<\/em><\/a>. As a final teaser, the quintet have shared a track called\u00a0‘Letting It All Go’<\/em>.\u00a0 Considered to be a song about “rolling the dice and taking a chance on yourself”, it’s a melancholy number with Eleanor Coburn’s bouncy keys clashing with The Nightmares<\/strong>‘ goth-tinged brand of emo. Furthermore, it’s a superb example of duel vocal work that Coburn and Adam Parslow share throughout \u2018Fire In Heaven\u2019<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Commenting on the song, Parslow shared\u00a0‘Letting It All Go’<\/em> is \u201ca song about trusting in love and escaping the \u201csafe\u201d environment that has been stunting your growth.\u201d<\/em> He sums the track up by stating; “leaving behind everything that has been holding you back in life\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

The video below completes a four-part narrative. Preceded by \u2018Something In The Dark,\u2019<\/i><\/a>\u00a0\u2018Dead Roses,\u2019<\/i><\/a>\u00a0and \u2018Hell Is Gonna Happen\u2019<\/i><\/a>, its tale\u00a0explores the journey of \u201cBlue\u201d and her experiences of alienation, exploration, self-love and fulfilment.<\/p>\n
