However, the Pennsylvania-based singer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist is set to reinvent himself again. His upcoming album, <em>&#8216;Mossy Oak Shadow,&#8217;<\/em> sees Andrzejewski pivot into alt-country\/indie folk territory.<\/p>\n<p>The album was announced today (Monday, July 14th) along with the release of two singles. Both <em>&#8216;Horseback&#8217;<\/em> and\u00a0<em>&#8216;Enchantment&#8217;<\/em> set the raw, longing tone\u00a0<em>&#8216;Mossy Oak Shadow&#8217;<\/em> promises to showcase. They swoon with slide guitars and lyrical yearning. Nevertheless, no matter the style or genre, it&#8217;s clear Andrzejewski is committed to using\u00a0<strong>Wicca Phase Springs Eternal<\/strong> as his creative umbrella. It allows him to transition without hesitation.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI always kind of thought that as long as I have the Wicca Phase Springs Eternal name that I can do whatever I want,\u201d<\/em> Andrzejewski explains. \u201c<em>The name provides a framework for the lyrics and aesthetics of the project\u2013my songwriting with a mystical overlay to it\u2013and as long as I can make something work within that, then the genre doesn\u2019t totally matter.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Recorded live with producer\/engineer Ben Greenberg (Depeche Mode, Show Me The Body), accompanied by only a drummer (Ryan Jewell) and keyboardist (David Moore), <em>&#8216;Mossy Oak Shadow&#8217;\u00a0<\/em>sees\u00a0<strong>WPSE<\/strong> committed to a country-folk sound. However, as Adam states in a press bio, using acoustic guitars isn&#8217;t something new for\u00a0<strong>WPSE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThere\u2019s always been acoustic songs on my records but usually they\u2019re in the context of a beat-based Wicca Phase album.
