Alexisonfire and Billy Talent Announce Co-Headline Wembley Arena Show

2026 sees two of Canada’s best exports, Alexisonfire and Billy Talent, both celebrate 20 years of landmark albums. For Alexisonfire, it’s ‘Crisis,’ and for Billy Talent, it’s ‘Billy Talent II’.

To mark the occasion, they will be teaming up for two co-headline shows. The first will take place at London’s OVO Arena Wembley on June 24th. Both bands will be performing their respective albums in full. Joining them as support will be Touché Amoré. They’ll follow it up with a show at the Bell Centre in Montreal on July 17th.

“It feels like you blink and all of a sudden your album is almost old enough to drink in the United States,” jokes Alexisonfire frontman George Pettit. “So many incredible memories of making this record. It felt like we were really coming into our own as a band. We discovered another level of potential that we didn’t have at the start. I’m happy we get to relive it this summer with all of you.”

Tickets go on general sale at Friday, February 13th at 10am local time.

Hear The New Single from Bratakus (‘Tonight’)

Rowdy Scottish sibling duo Bratakus have shared a final taste of their new album, ‘Hagridden’. With the album set to be released this Friday through Venn Records, they’ve released a song called ‘Tonight’.

It showcases Brèagha Cuinn (guitar and vocals) and Onnagh Cuinn’s (bass and vocals) scrappy brand of punk rock, while taking direct aim at media manipulation.

“It’s about how everyone is angry about the state of the world, but we are being thrown distractions to get us to hate the wrong people,” says Brèagha. “The fact that some people are happy to just look the other way and let it happen if they perceive that it’s not going to affect them, but in reality, we’re all on this planet together, and if we don’t have compassion for each other, and help each other out, we’ll be left with nothing.”
