Vocalist/guitarist Lucinda Livingstone and drummer Conor Dawson have been playing together in various bands for the best part of six years. Collectively, they’re better known as Kamikaze Girls. Their recent debut full-length, ‘Seafoam’, sees Livingstone pour her heart out through a collection of emotionally raw punk songs.
As Kamikaze Girls find themselves as part of a burgeoning UK DIY/punk scene, they’ve been touring up and down frequently in recent months alongside Gnarwolves and Nervus.
It’s clear Livingstone and Dawson have spent plenty of hours on the road or in their practice space together, so you’d think they would know each other pretty well. As they passed through Bristol, we decided to put them to test.
Video produced by Anthony Shaw.
‘Seafoam’ by Kamikaze Girls is released on 9th June on Big Scary Monsters Records.
