One of the UK’s most famous gig venues, The Peel in Kingston is set to close after brewery owners Punch Taverns have decided to sell the venue, as they owe creditors £2.3bn.
Although a final closing date is yet to be confirmed, plans for a final party are in the works.
Shows involving Saves The Day, Bury Tomorrow and Zebrahead are still planned to go ahead.
