The second batch of bands for this year’s Hit The Deck Festival has been announced. The list includes bands such as Attack! Attack! (US), Sonic Boom Six, Rolo Tomassi, Canterbury, and The Front Bottoms have been added to both dates of the Nottingham and Bristol-based festival.
The other names announced today are Attention Thieves, Blackeye, Dead End Path, Decade, Dingus Khan, Empress, Hand Of Mercy, Heart Of A Coward, Idiom, Max Raptor, Maybeshewill. Natives, Run From Robots, This Or The Apocalypse and Whirr.
Whilst Jonah Matranga (Far) and Walter Schreifels (Gorilla Biscuits/Youth of Today/Rival Schools) will join Vinnie Caruana on the acoustic stage.
Hit The Deck will take place Nottingham’s Rock City, Rescue Rooms, Forum and Stealth venues on Sunday April 21st.
The festival will also take place in Bristol the day before (Saturday April 20th). The festival will take place at the city’s o2 Academy 1 & 2, Thekla, Fleece and Exchange venues.
