Back in May, Love Is Noise shared their first single this year in the form of ‘In the shadow of your former self.’ They’re now back with a second track titled ‘Boutique’.
With influences including Portishead, Massive Attack, and the Smashing Pumpkins, ‘Boutique‘ sees Love Is Noise begin in a mellow fashion before delivering a wall of sound blast. Overall, its ebb-and-flow pacing proves to be compelling, showing the trio’s musical strength.
On the track, vocalist Cameron Humphrey commented, “’Boutique’ is where we show listeners that we are truly 1 of 1. Creating music that we enjoy first, over anything, gave birth to this song.”
