Last month, Love Is Noise shared plans to release their debut album, ‘To live in a different way’, on February 14th. To give fans a glimpse of what to expect, they’ve revealed its title track.
The anthemic number rides on a euphoric wave of hazy, distorted guitars, soft harmonies, and penetrative drums.
“‘To Live in a Different Way’ is the song that made me realise this album has the potential to be something solid,” says Love Is Noise‘s Cam Humphrey. “Recording the demo version of this track made me cry with happy tears, it brought out so much emotion within me. This was also when I realised ‘yeah this singing thing really is for me’. This song is for anyone who needs a release, a sound that will transport you to a better place. The line “Visions of you, let me escape this barren world” speaks wonders to how we’re all feeling living in today’s climate. I’m blessed to have people to escape this world with.”
It’s the latest track to be lifted from the album following ‘take.one.minute’, ‘Jawbreaker’, and ‘Soft Glow’.
