The organisers behind the Merthyr Rock festival have announced the event won’t be taking place this year due to “overwhelming economic pressures.”
Organisers posted the following message:
“We’re sad to announce that due to overwhelming economic pressures there won’t be a Merthyr Rock in 2013. Thank you for your support that made the festival such a great success in 2011 and 2012.
