#NewMusicFriday (October 31st 2025)

It’s Halloween, and while ghouls and ghosts prepare for their annual night of terror, we’ve got some #NewMusicFriday treats to share. Nevertheless, it’s another packed week for releases. Unsurprisingly, Creeper and Avatar both embrace the season with new albums. Meanwhile, Witch Fever have been stewing over their cauldron as they release their second album, ‘Fevereaten.’

Away from all things Hallows Eve, there are several noteworthy releases. For starters, Trivium continue an eventful year with a three-track EP titled ‘Struck Dead’. Rising German metallers Unprocessed show their dynamism and crushing heaviness on ‘Angel’. Further afield, Sydney collective Bloom leaves a strong impression with their second full-length, ‘The Light We Chase’. It sees the melodic hardcore band balance catharsis with rage, despair and full-blown bangers.

There’s also the noteworthy collaborative release between noise makers Chat Pile and ambient avant-garde musician Hayden Pedigo, ‘In The Earth Again’. Elsewhere, Los Angeles-based Swedish group Solence return for a fifth outing as ‘Angels. Calling’ provides more pulsating electronic metal. Deathcore riff merchants Spite leave their mark with ‘New World Killer’. There are also new releases from Ace Enders, Deez Nuts, King 810, Ventenner, Florence + The Machine, Customer Service, and many more.
