Sheffield six-piece Elegies are set to release a new EP called ‘Daylight Disease’ on June 8th. The melodic hardcore group have released a video for a track called ‘Throne’ as a preview of what to expect.With comparisons to fellow Sheffield band While She Sleeps as well as The Used, ‘Throne’ sees Elegies heading in a more hook-favoured direction yet their hardcore roots are still in place at its core.
