After a summer of UK and European festival dates, Spiritbox has released a new single titled ‘Soft Spine’.
It sees the Canadian quartet at their most visceral with Courtney LaPlante’s distinctive vocals leading the track’s heavy charge.
Spiritbox’s last release came last November with the release of ‘The Fear of Fear’ EP. It was the second EP since debut album, ‘Eternal Blue’, was released nearly three years ago.
The release of ‘Soft Spine’ comes two weeks after Spiritbox announced their biggest London show to date. They’re set to play Alexandra Palace on February 13th, 2025. It’ll be their own UK date as part of a European run. At the time of writing, fans have been warned of tickets being on the verge of selling out. You can purchase tickets here.
Joining them for the European tour will be Periphery and Stray From The Path.
‘Soft Spine’ Lyrics:
Soft Spine
You all deserve each other
String of pearls to keep the bind
Twisting tighter, is it fine?
(Can I step outside?)
A Constant voyeur in my mind
Insidious by nature
Rewarding sick behaviour
Soft spine
Ascending up to meet my
Eyes wide
I am a witness to your
Regicide
The dissolution of your
Soft spine
You all deserve each other
You steal the echos from their ghosts
You pick your teeth with sacred bones
I hate the ones that love you
And those who profit from you
It’s time to reap the tide you sow
Soft spine
Ascending up to meet my
Eyes wide
I am a witness to your
Regicide
The dissolution of your
Soft spine
You all deserve each other
Your god will sort you when you die
Soft spine
Eyes wide
I am a witness to your
Regicide
The dissolution of your
Soft spine
You all deserve each other
