Tomorrow emerging Exeter emo/punk quartet Splitsville release their debut EP – ‘Blackouts’. Originally formed as a duo last year, they doubled in size earlier this year. ‘Blackouts’ embraces their influences; Title Fight, Basement, and Hindsights, to create a raw and melodic collection that sees Splitsville stick to their DIY punk ethics. Lyrically it plays on being dejected and alone yet is musically fitting for Splitsville.
Already Heard has teamed up with the budding quartet to bring you an exclusive first play of ‘Blackouts’. Our recent review of the EP described the effort as “short, sharp and bitter”.
‘Blackouts’ EP by Splitsville is released on Friday November 6th.
