As part of our role of promoting brilliant new music, today we’re premiering the debut EP from Lincoln indie rockers The Decomposers.
‘Born Out Of Silence’ is the culmination of a years worth of work that saw the quartet write over 20 songs. The end result is five slices of intriguing and varied indie rock. Over the course of the EP, The Decomposers take in a variety of influences; from Brand New to Arctic Monkeys to Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes.
With ‘Every Corner’’s underlying groove contrasting with the stirring tones of ‘The Bitter Lake,’ The Decomposers aren’t afraid to shake things up. Likewise ‘Therapy’ and ‘Blood Runs Cold’ are carried with swagger. Whilst ‘Wolves’ offers a poignant conclusion to an EP that lays down a foundation of interest and potential for the quartet.
‘Born Out of Silence’ EP by The Decomposers is released on May 6th.
