Already Heard Founder and Senior Editor Sean Reid was recently asked by emerging industry blog Music Is A Business to discuss how to grow a music blog and do it relatively well.

Over two parts, Sean touched on several topics; the large amount of similar sites, the importance of working with big and small bands, the quality of content, the need for patience, the lack of financial gain and hitting a glass ceiling.
