Manchester melodic rock quartet, Hover Bored, are part of a growing list of bands who combine dreamy, upbeat hooks with a grunge-tinged edge. Tomorrow (Thurday 18th May) sees the four-piece release their latest single in the form of ‘SkyDrip’. With its infectious melodies and plucky, lo-fi guitars, it gives Hover Bored potential going forward.
“Skydrip is one of our favourite songs to play live, so we were really excited to record and release this as our second single,” the band tell us. “It’s really energetic and a lot of fun to play, so we wanted that to come across in the recording, and we couldn’t be happier with it. This is the kind of thing we love playing, so we just hope everyone loves it as much as we do!”
