Today South East quartet The Twin Dracula release the first single from their forthcoming ‘Hell Hath All Fury’ EP. ‘Alura’ is an explosive number that contains elements of punk rock and rock ‘n’ roll that gives the four-piece plenty of momentum ahead of the release of the EP next month.
As always, Already Heard is keen to highlight promising talent so we’re premiering ‘Alura’. The track is available to purchase here with all proceeds going to Cancer Research.
Here is what The Twin Dracula had to say about ‘Alura’ and the ‘Hell Hath All Fury’ EP:
“’Alura’ is the first track we’re releasing from the EP, I think we’ve been playing it live for the best part of a year now. Lyrically, it was originally intended to be about leaving home and your family behind, but then it kind of took another turn, I you can say the constant theme running through it is about making big changes in life, and the good & bad that comes out of those changes.
The EP we’re releasing next month is probably the heaviest stuff we’ve written so far, and I guess that’s a good indication of where we’re going. We all listen to such a huge variation of music between us, but one thing we can all agree on is how heavy we want this band to sound.”
‘Alura’ by The Twin Dracula is out now and can be purchased here.
by The Twin Dracula is released on November 6th on Crucial Taunt Recordings.
