We’re pleased to announce Already Heard has been chosen as one of the hosts for the forthcoming Booze Cruise Festival in Bristol.
Since launching in Hamburg, Germany, Booze Cruise has become of Europe’s premiere DIY punk festivals. Having already become a fan favourite of the festival circuit on the mainland in a very short space of time, Booze Cruise will be bringing its unique atmosphere and intimate boat shows to Bristol later this year.
Set to take place over the weekend of the 24th – 26th May 2019, over 50 acts will be taking over Bristol. The festival will take place on land and sea with venues such as The Exchange, Stag and Hounds, Two’s Company and Old Market Assembly set to host, with some bands also performing on the water throughout Bristol’s famous docks.
“We like Booze Cruise to feel like a boozy gathering of friends rather than a music festival,” states festival director Stefan Jonas. “We love small, sweaty, wild shows, so seeing bands playing in clubs with a max capacity of 350 —all day long for 3 days straight—sounds like paradise to me. That, and you don’t need to sleep in a tent!”
The line-up is already packed with many familiar names to longtime Already Heard readers, set to play across the weekend.
