Already Heard Video Premiere: Fallen to Flux – Sane

With a pulsating mix of alt rock and metal, Fallen to Flux showcase plenty of potential. On August 5th they release their debut album, ‘Transitions,’ yet we are premiering the video their new single – ‘Sane’.

Carried by an adrenaline rush of energy with an underlying groove, the London-based quartet have produced an impassioned and engaging track.

Lead guitarist and synth player Bjorn Gugu shared these comments about the track:

“The track ‘Sane’ is about the ways in which being completely loyal to someone or something else can affect your life. By living completely under someone else’s command, or making every decision based on the desires of someone else, you lose all sense of individuality and self. We believe that you will only be truly happy if every choice you make is motivated by your own desires, and that the people who truly love and appreciate you will do so all the more for it.

For me it’s a song that channels my love for classic rock – a song the Scorpions could have written, just in a contemporary setting with huge bass drops. I always fancied the analogy with ‘Song 2’ by Blur – not something that we’d usually compare ourselves to. Other major influences were ‘Megitsune’ by Babymetal and ‘The Last Fight’ by Bullet For My Valentine.“

‘Transitions’ by Fallen to Flux is released on August 5th.
