For anyone who’s been following the career of Nottingham quartet Lacey, then you’ll know they have proven track record for delivering melancholy and anthemic rock. Today they kick off a run of UK shows supporting the returning Madina Lake. To mark the occasion, Lacey have released a new single. ‘Answers’ is a confident slice of soaring, explosive melodic rock with a slick undertone. Already Heard is pleased to be premiering the video for ‘Answers’.
“I’m really excited about ‘Answers,’” says vocalist/guitarist Graham Turner. “It’s a step away from the Lacey people will know, the song came together naturally, one of those rare moments when things just click and we’re all really happy with what we’ve created. I’m pretty sure it’s the best thing since ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’.”
