This September, Boston, Massachusetts’ quintet Lions Lions will be coming over to the UK as part of a European headline tour. The Already Heard sponsored tour follows their third album, ‘Monument’, which was released this past April.
The album sees Lions Lions combine their energetic brand of post-hardcore with Joshua Herzer’s soulful vocals. For a taster of what to expect when they come over to the UK this September, we’re premiering the band’s new video for ‘Weary Eyes’.
“’Weary Eyes’ explores the complications that touring can cause a couple. I’d say it’s the most personal song on the album. I’d found myself at a crossroads between the woman I love, and the pursuit of my dreams, and It’s extremely difficult to balance,” explains Herzer. “It’s something that pretty much every touring musician I know deals with, and it was important for me to explore that.”
